Shipping Policy:
Orders will be shipped usually within (12-15) business days in the US. Tracking number will be provided. You will be notified by email when your merchandise has been shipped. We do offer normal International shipping (without tracking) and DHL express shipping (with tracking) prices, each with varying shipping rate. Shipping internationally will be with usually 20-35 business days to many major markets (depending on your countries shipping service speed).
Shipping Service Options during Checkout (For Orders Outside of the U.S.):
Option 1: Choose "International Shipping" as the economic option to ship your item internationally. Imperium Duelist is not responsible for any lost or missing shipments. The item will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided, however once leaving the United States it will be out of the hands of Imperium Duelist.
Option 2: Choose "International Shipping Express" as the recommended option to ship your item internationally. The item will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided. This option is favorable as Imperium Duelist can provide nationwide tracking information and improve the performance of delegating the location of your item. This option will provide a safer way for everyone to receive the item.
